Maya is by far the best photographer I have worked with! From the start Maya was relaxed and made us feel comfortable from the start. She provided excellent guidance which made me feel reassured during the chaos of wedding planning! Her communication and responsiveness never waivered. The day of the wedding she helped with all transitions to keep us on track with the timeline we set beforehand to capture everything I wanted without making us feel pressured or rushed, ever. Everyone that attended & our bridal party all expressed how comfortable she made them feel too. We all enjoyed her presence which made for really amazing photos.

Reserved in the best way and full of quiet intelligence, this couple wanted a simple affair that felt true to them. The ocean breeze, warm light, and subtle nods to their favorite things brought it all together. They exchanged vows with the coast behind them, in a simple ceremony that brought all the focus to their connection. The couple walked down the aisle to an instrumental rendition of the Star Wars theme and stood framed by orange and yellow florals.

Later, during portraits at Montara State Beach, we found a quiet moment for just the two of them. Against crashing waves and vibrant red ice plants, the serene setting reflected the quiet love they share.
